Where We Are
in St. Maarten

Our condo is on the west-central coast of St. Maarten, on Simpson Bay. We're minutes from the airport and even closer to scores of Simpson Bay restaurants, with Maho-area restaurants a mere five minutes away. Simpson Bay, Maho, Mullet Bay, and Cupecoy beaches are all just a few minutes away too, and Baie Longue and Baie Rouge on the French side aren't much farther. A hop over "the hill" takes you to Philipsburg and just beyond, Orient Beach beckons.

St. Maarten is a small island nestled between the Caribbean to the West and the Atlantic to the East. The weather is warm all year and the ocean temperature is always at least in the mid-80s.
